Jordan B. Peterson - Wake Up

The Lobster King has regained my attention once again. This time he emerges as a musician.  He has formed a progressive rock band and their newest song is called Wake Up, an epic truck smog induced progressive odyssey for freedom and stuff.  It is undoubtably the worst song I’ve heard this year.  It will probably be one of the worst songs of the entire decade.  The recording is absolutely crummy.  Every sound has too much reverb on it.  The guitars drown out the rest of the mix.  The percussion sounds like it drank some apple cider and went into a coma for a month. The song is a bad Pink Floyd ripoff.  Jordan sounds like he’s being swept away at sea on the hook. The lyrics are remedial. Laugh at this song a lot.  Boo this man for how terrible he is.  Burn his books (figuratively) for how thoughtless they are. I have only ever viewed Jordan Peterson’s mindless ramblings as spectacularly cringey content at this point, and a sick part of me subtly hopes that he keeps dropping this garbage instead of getting the mental help he needs but clearly does not want.

Score: NOT

Just my opinion
